ABOUT US

About Flaster & Sons

Following the Second World War, Max Flaster along with his sons began a legacy in the textile and apparel businesses. From a loft on 37th Street in New York City, every aspect of manufacturing was hands-on, and innovation was the key to growth. It was a time when employees stayed for a lifetime and family businesses thrived.

Max knew that well-treated employees worked better, were more loyal to the firm and each other, and doing things the right way was the finishing touch on every garment that went out the door.

Back in the day, a manufacturer not only had to know how to do every job, but they also had to know how to do every job masterfully.
